The RISE Human Development System provides ongoing research for practitioners using the system. The existing system is being further developed in several areas. Firstly, theoretical scientific work and development, where RISE practitioners participate in research and masters courses at the highest level in the world, which not only provide them with new and important scientific knowledge, but also with concrete experience. Another important area is the scientific studies produced in the course of ongoing practical application, which contain knowledge, data and analyses collected during current projects – of course, while maintaining the full anonymity of the individuals, groups, and teams involved in the development – and which are fed back into the development of the system. An important scientific area is the application of big data systems, which involves the centralised, de-identified processing of tests that have already been completed and evaluated, the creation of benchmarks from them, and the processing of this information back into the system.
