EXECUTIVE
RISE Executive is suitable for the complex personality and behaviour analysis of people in decision-making positions. The assessment can clearly determine the ‘original personality’ of the person, which identifies personality traits that govern decision-making in a crisis situation. The ‘present personality’, i.e. the personality in use at the time of the assessment, is the combination of the original personality and the imprints of the masks (adopted behaviours) that have been used by the person for extended periods. It shows what people think about themselves and how they try to present themselves to the world. As a special factor, Executive also reveals a person’s ‘idol personality’, which is someone’s ideal personality, the combination of characteristics they construct as a paradigm and strive toward. As they strive, they slowly modify their personalities to include these characteristics, so, in other words, the idol personality reveals that person’s future personality trajectory. With the original, present, and idol personalities, Executive defines a complex ‘lifetime personality’ that clearly shows an executive’s expectations, motivational factors, and potential. Behaviour-wise, Executive defines the current and the expected future behaviours of a person. This is helpful in understanding decision-making and behaviour, both in the short term and in the long term.
RISE Executive uses ‘Employee Indexes’ to set expectations and predict an analysed person’s results in various roles. In other words, it shows the areas in which someone has the highest chance of success.
Leadership qualities and abilities are also measured with the help of the ‘Leadership Indexes’. Different leadership areas and situations have drastically different expectations, so RISE Executive clearly defines the environments, conditions, and challenges in which the analysed person can or cannot achieve their best results.
RISE Executive uses 40 factors to define a person’s general personality traits, the personality traits they use at work, and their specific set of motivations. When coupled with RISE Executive’s other special factors, finding the suitable candidate for an executive position becomes markedly easier. Furthermore, RISE results are useful for the long-term motivation of the assessed person and can help predict and plan for future personality modifications.
When creating the complex assessment, one of the priorities was to keep it as short as possible without sacrificing results, so Executive contains 96 questions and takes approximately 40-50 minutes to complete.
Adult Sport
A comprehensive personality and behavioural analysis and evaluation of adult athletes, which defines the information and targets necessary for the person in question to reach their maximum performance. The evaluation clearly determines to what extent the athlete in question is utilising their own resources, that is the reserves still hidden inside the athlete in terms of results, which can be realised with appropriate mental preparation. The evaluation examines ‘original personality’, ‘current (modified) personality’, ‘short-term behaviour’, and ‘competitive behaviour’, drawing conclusions based on these. It unambiguously specifies the mental strengths and weaknesses of the athlete, to what extent they apply these, and what they think about the image they have to project outward during trainings and competitions. A generational classification is also part of the evaluation, with the help of which the relationships of the examined person to be developed with other athletes, trainers, and experts, as well as the management of these relationships can be planned in advance.
Adult Sport
Pro Adult Sport
It provides top athletes with a wide scope of self-knowledge and defines the targets and information required for the best results. RISE Pro Adult Sport is a further developed version of the RISE evaluation for adult athletes, which examines the opportunities and challenges arising from personality specifically under the circumstances of competitive sport. Through the calculated indicators, the analysis clearly describes how the top athlete should prepare and compete successfully. In addition to self-knowledge for the athlete, the RISE Pro Adult Sport analysis also provides significant support to the experts, such as trainers and managers, working alongside the athlete in how they are able to utilise the opportunities arising from the personality of the top athlete most effectively and most successfully whether in an individual or team context.
U23 Sport
A comprehensive personality and behavioural analysis and evaluation of 17- to 23-year-old athletes, which defines the information and targets necessary for the person in question to reach their maximum performance. The analysis uses indicators to reveal how the personality of the analysed athlete is reflected in their sports performance, which in turn provides support in their preparation and leveraging their maximum capacity. The U23 Sport test supports the athlete in planning their own studying habits and the effective preparation for studying through study indices, thus ensuring that athletes will continue to be successful in business life as well after their sports career.

U16 Sport
A comprehensive personality and behavioural analysis and evaluation of 11- to 15-year-old athletes, which defines the information and targets necessary for the person in question to reach their maximum performance. The analysis uses indicators to reveal how the personality of the analysed athlete is reflected in their sports performance, which in turn provides support in their preparation and leveraging their maximum capacity. The U16 Sport test supports the athlete in planning their own studying habits and the effective preparation for studying through study indices, thus ensuring that athletes will continue to be successful in business life as well after their sports career.
U10 Sport
A comprehensive personality and behavioural analysis and evaluation of 4- to 9-year-old children doing sports, which defines the ‘original personality’ of the children in question. This personality is determined through the test evaluating the ‘original personality of the parent’, then correlating it with the results of the analysis titled ‘personality of the child in the opinion of the parent’. This essentially provides RISE information about the child ‘through the eyes of the parent’ and since the original personality of the parent is known, the original personality of the child can also be identified. The RISE U10 Sport analysis also determines that based on the known personality of the parent and the child, what personality-modifying effect the parent has on their own child, which is essential for an appropriate upbringing as well. The analysis uses indicators to reveal how the personality of the analysed person is reflected in their sports performance, which in turn provides support for choosing the right sport, the preparation of the child for sports competitions as an athlete, and developing the motivational environment necessary for maximum performance. The U16 Sport test supports the child and their parents in planning the studying habits of the child and the effective preparation for studying through study indices, thus ensuring that the child will continue to be successful in business life after their sports career in their chosen sport and that they are able to concentrate on studies as well during the building of their sports career.
